Vendor Space Fair Week |
We hope that your business will choose to join the Lee County Fair by purchasing a commercial booth space . We will be offering 3 types of display areas under the grandstand and in the outside commercial spaces. All are in very visible areas of the fair grounds. Commercial and Non- Selling Booth Rental Spaces are 12' x 9' Grandstand Booth $100 per space Outside Vendor Space $100 +Additional Frontal Footage for outside booths $10/per foot Non- Selling Booths $ 50 Additional Charge for electricity if needed of $5.00 per day for 4 days (Flat Fee) = $20 Note: We would like the booths set up on Wednesday, July 9 before 4.p.m. Booth Space should be open daily from 4pm -8 p.m. Wednesday- Saturday (Sunday is optional). However, you can be open more whenever you have available staffing. Anyone needing different arrangements please note so on the Booth Rental Application. We will try our best to accommodate you. ********* It is our feeling the maximum potential is 4 pm -8 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Thursday afternoon is Kids Day at the fair and is usually attended by more than 1,500 children. Friday afternoon is Senior Day at the Fair. ********* Your association with this regional event will provide an affordable vehicle to educate the area about your products. Over the last few years the number of visits to the fair grounds during the fair has tripled to almost 15,000 just during fair week. Both the fair and attendance will continue to grow with the addition of another big evening at the grandstand this year beginning on Tuesday night. |
The Lee County Fair is now home to the brand new in 2006 Youth Learning Center. This building is equiped with a full kitchen, reception hall, office and men's and women's bathrooms with shower facilities. Plus a large attached shelter house. This building is available free of charge to all youth organizations in Lee County! It can also be rented out for meetings, receptions and family gatherings for a fee. From November 1 to March 1 the fairgrounds make the enclosed barns, under the grandstand & t he shelterhouse of swine barn available for winter storage rental of boats, campers, horse trailers and RVs. The Lee County Fair publishes a full listing of events, contests, livestock shows, photographs and articles regarding the fair each year in the Lee County Fair Tab. This is distributed to a very large number of people through insertion in home delivered newspapers and on newsstands. This is an amazing opportunity to show your support of the Lee County Fair and to reach a very large, diversified audience. There are also more possibilities for advertising with the fair this year.
