ENTRY DEADLINE IS JULY 10, 2008 This competition is open to any resident of legal age from the State of Iowa. There is a $10.00 per entry fee for anyone not a resident of Lee County, Iowa. Submit two (2) bottles per entry. Wine may be made from fruit, vegetable, flower or honey. A wine may not be entered in more than one class. Each wine must be labeled with the following: Exhibitor name, Class entering, predominant fruit or grape variety. The wine must contain 75% of the predominant fruit of the class entering. Classes White Grape Wine (must be a white wine) Red Grape Wine (must be a red or rose´) Grape Wine Blend (blend of any grape juice wines) Fruit or other Wine Awards Medals will be given in all four (4) classes as follows: Gold, Silver, Bronze. The Best of Show wine will be awarded from the Gold Medal winners of the four classes with a “Best of Show” Gold Medal going to the winner.
